Lincoln County should see a full day of considerable snowfall on Wednesday, starting in the morning and tapering off in the evening, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). During that period total snowfall accumulation is expected to range in the 14 to 20 inch area, snowfall rates may reach the rate of 2 to 3 inches per hour, and whiteout conditions are a possibility, according to the NWS.
