Arrest Of Brother In Assault Makes Three
Wiscasset Police has arrested a third suspect in connection with a two-day assault last week. Justin Harrison, 27, of Wiscasset was arrested Tuesday by Wiscasset Police for an alleged assault that occurred in Wiscasset on March 31.
Breaking News — NWS Withdraws Thunderstorm Warning
At 2:47 p.m. on Thurs. the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a warning in regard to a line of thunderstorms tracking toward Lincoln County and expected to impact the area. By 4:19 p.m. the NWS had taken down the warning, and radar images monitored at intellicast.com indicated that the most organized thunder cells were dissipating. A line of rainfall was still headed for the area, according to NWS forecasts and radar images.

A few days after a Jefferson boy was badly burned by a campfire at his home, the 8th grade class at Jefferson Village School decided to host a spaghetti supper to raise money for their classmate’s family.
Ten-Year-Old Boy Badly Burned In Jefferson
A 10-year-old Jefferson boy received first and second degree burns to his hands, face, chest and back after putting gasoline on a campfire at his family’s home on Fox Road a little after 7 p.m. Tuesday night. The boy was air lifted by Life Flight to Massachusetts General Hospital.
