Russell Albert Lovejoy, 58, of Camden, went home with his Lord and Savior on May 13 at the Sussman House in Rockport after a long battle with diabetes.

Myrtle “Meg” Elizabeth Lane, 45, of Pemaquid, passed away peacefully after a long illness on the morning of May 21 at her home.

Mary L. Staab, 85, of Jefferson, passed away May 22 at the VA Togus Hospice. She was born in Jefferson on Sept. 7, 1931, the daughter of Bryan M. and Eleanor Kate Dufresne Hodgkins.

Allen F. Brewer, 85, of Edgecomb, passed away May 20.

Rachel Anne Golaski, 29, of Bremen, passed away unexpectedly on May 18. Born on Feb. 7, 1988, in Wheeling, W.Va., she was the daughter of Robin Shott and Daniel Golaski.

Priscilla P. Matthews, 87, beloved wife of the late Edward C. Matthews, passed away May 17 at her home in Nobleboro with her two daughters by her side.

James O. ‘Jimmy” Hanna, 89, died on May 21 at home after a period of declining health. He was predeceased by his lifelong companion, Dolores (Roberts) Hanna.

Nancy Ellen (MacLeod) Gove, 76, went to be with her Heavenly Father on the morning of May 16 after a longtime battle with pulmonary disease.

Thayer Vallas, 87, of Boothbay, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on May 11. She was born on Jan. 25, 1930, to the late Stella and William Anastos who both emigrated from Greece.
