Kenneth Emerson Coombs, 90, of Bristol, passed away suddenly in the home he loved on Feb. 10.

Virginia Kane, of Gardiner, passed away March 27 at the Hospice House in Auburn. This courageous woman battled frontal temporal dementia since 2002.

Mark Wayne Lash, 54, of Waldoboro, passed away at his home on March 14.

Chester R. Crocker, 92, of Wiscasset, died March 8 at his residence.

Brenda L. Marr, 68, of Warren, passed away on the evening of March 25 at Winward Gardens in Camden.

James Maurice Violette, 67, of Nobleboro, died March 1 at home after a 14-year courageous battle with cancer.

Douglas C. Lash, 90, of Friendship, passed away peacefully at Cove’s Edge in Damariscotta on March 4 after a long illness.

Edmond Vaillancourt, 84, of Eastford, Conn., husband of Jean Vaillancourt, passed away Dec. 18, 2014 at Windham Hospital.

Barbara Martin Bensen, 94, of Damariscotta, died peacefully on Feb. 9.

Diane Jones, 73, formerly of Nobleboro, passed away Feb. 6 in Florida, with her husband at her side after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease.

Carol Clinton, of South Waldoboro, died at her home on Feb. 20.

Helen S. Stoodley, 96, of Westport Island, passed away peacefully on Jan. 26 at LincolnHealth – Miles Campus in Damariscotta.
