Edwin Warren Bowden, 86, passed away peacefully on July 2 in Camden. He was born in Rockland on Aug. 21, 1927 and graduated from Portsmouth High School.

Henry William Meyer Jr., 97, of Waldoboro, died July 26 at his home.

Ronald Edwin Spinney passed away July 14 at Mid Coast Hospital after a brief illness. Born Feb. 8, 1948, in Boothbay Harbor, he was the son of Ralph and Marilyn Sherman Spinney.

Joan Ellen Marple, 76, of Waldoboro, passed away peacefully at Maine General Hospital on July 2.

Richard E. Kent, 94, of Waldoboro, died peacefully July 24 at Horizons Living & Rehab Center.

Judith Hayden Seredynski, 75, of Bristol, passed away on July 2 in hospice care, after a two-and-a-half year battle with cancer. Judy was born in Hartford, Conn. on March 5, 1939 to Catherine and John Hayden.

Arthur ‘Bear’ D. Hopkins, 61, of Somerville, died unexpectedly at his home July 23 of natural causes from an illness he has battled over the past two years.

A graveside service for Keith Bachelder of Edgecomb, who died April 7, will be held at 11 a.m., Sat., Aug. 9 at Highland Cemetery in Edgecomb. A gathering of family and friends will follow at the Edgecomb Town Hall.
