Sharron Lorrain Carlson, 50, of Waldoboro, passed away June 16 at Parkview Adventist Medical Center in Brunswick, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Eileen Doyle Beilstein, 89, of Charlottesville, Va., passed away peacefully at home June 20 in the company of loved ones.

Dorothy “Dot” A. Ames, 95, of Jefferson, a resident of Country Manor Assisted Living in Coopers Mills, went to her rest on June 13.

Dorothy E. (Dean) Schumacher, 87, of Newcastle, died peacefully June 15 at her home.

Phyllis A. Billings, 87, a long-time resident of Cove’s Edge in Damariscotta, formerly of Newcastle, passed away in the early evening of June 21.

John A. Bowers, 54, of Nobleboro, passed away unexpectedly on the evening of June 6. Time of visitation 4-6 p.m., Fri., June 10 at the Strong-Hancock Funeral Home, 612 Main St., Damariscotta.

Walter B. Tucker Jr., a real southern gentleman, of Chamberlain, and Bow, N.H., passed away June 19.
