The application is for the discharge of 96,500 gallons per day of treated American eel growing process water to the Medomak River in Waldoboro, Maine.

The parcel is described on the Town Tax Map as: Map R5, Lot 8.1, also known as portion of the “Lallis Property;” the minimum bid is $27,500.00.
