GSBSD will be flushing hydrants in the towns of Damariscotta and Newcastle during the next four weeks.

The Commissioner has issued a 3-year lease, SHE LE2x, on acre-site located in the upper Sheepscot River, near Lehman
Newcastle, Maine to Maine Oyster, Inc. of Freeport, Maine bottom culture of American/Eastern oysters.

The Newcastle Board of Selectmen is conducting a Public Hearing on Monday, October 22nd at 7pm at the Newcastle Fire Station on River Road for Articles 2 and 3 on the November 6, 2018 Referendum Ballot.

2019 Dog tags will be available October 15th.
