Waldoboro 9-10 Little League baseball All-stars picked up two wins this week to advance to the District 2 championship game, to be played in Waldoboro on Sun., July 26 at 1:30 p.m.

Lincoln County 9-10 Little League softball All-stars defeated Waldoboro 12-1 in under an hour Sunday afternoon in Nobleboro to win the District 2 championship.

Lincoln County 11 and 12 softball all-stars defeated Waldoboro 15-0 by a four inning mercy ruling Monday night in Camden. Danielle Pinkham pitched a two hitter in the win. “She pitched a gem,” coach Roy Molt said. Molt said the shutout was a “testament to our defense as well.”
