Lawrence H. Eckert Jr., 46, Wiscasset, class C theft by deception, class D criminal mischief.
Joshua L. Mays, 23, West Bath, class B aggravated assault, class D domestic violence assault.
Konstantinos M. Rigas, 31, Boothbay Harbor, class B tampering with a victim; class C violation of condition of release, 42 counts.
