Two men who received serious injuries as a result of a head on collision in Waldoboro on June 4 are reported to be in critical condition.
Steven Kaler, 43 from Warren, is being treated for significant burns after he and Robert Colpritt, 33 of Rockland, crashed Kaler’s truck into a jeep owned by Harold Benner, 63 of Waldoboro, late Thursday afternoon.
Emergency personnel said Benner died as a result of the crash on Rt. 235. Kaler and Colpritt are both undergoing treatment for serious injuries at Maine Medical Center in Portland.
According to officials, the accident is still under investigation by the Waldoboro Police Dept.
