Have you ever seen a more beautiful cat? Of course, your cat or my cat may be more beautiful, because they are members of our families.
But . . . have you ever seen a more beautiful cat on a quiet Sunday morning, waiting patiently in his cage for the shelter doors to open and usher in someone to take him home?
Ringo is 12 years old and is declawed. He is soft and beautiful. Just look in his beautiful eyes and see a perfect reflection of yourself admiring him. This perfect cat is waiting for just the right lap to sit in and bed to share with his very own forever person, and to love and love.
Ringo is a Maine coon cat. His only fault, if you can call it that, is that he cannot share a home with dogs, period.
Ringo’s mom could no longer care for him, but he was loved by her as long as she had him. Ringo may be 12 years old, but that’s not very old in catdom.
Volunteers are needed for all kinds of jobs, large and small, including cage repairs, dog walking, cat brushing, yard work, garden work, and on and on.
Important: the shelter also needs volunteers with computer skills.
If you are free to join us, please email me at kpbrook@lincoln.midcoast.com.
Thanks, and please visit Ringo and take him home forever.
