The intersection of Main and Jefferson Streets in Waldoboro has been reopened following an accident involving two pick-up trucks, one of them towing a small boat, according to a reporter for The Lincoln County News on scene.
First responders were summoned to the scene at approximately 10:30 a.m. According to a Waldoboro police officer at the the location, a white pick-up truck ran a stop sign at the intersection and collided with a red pick-up truck pulling the boat on a trailer. The force of the collision caused the boat to fall from the trailer. There were no reports of injuries.
