School will be in session tomorrow morning at the new Jefferson Village School, Jefferson Code Enforcement Officer Stan Waltz said today.
The minor earthwork around the exits is now finished, and the generator is installed and has been tested, Waltz said.
Officials hoped the building would open Sept. 8, as long as the life safety systems were up and running.
The Lincoln County News learned as of 3 p.m. Sept. 7, the generator is online and the school will be open and safe on Sept. 8.
