Richard “Rick” Malady, 26, of Freedom, was taken into custody Sept. 25 and currently remains incarcerated at Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset.
Last week the Boothbay Harbor Police Dept. asked for the public’s help finding Malady when he did not turn himself in as previously agreed Sept. 23.
Malady was wanted on charges of Burglary, Theft, Tampering with a Victim/Witness and Violation of Conditions of release. The charges stem from an investigation into burglary of a Boothbay Harbor business (Enchantments) that occurred in early August.
