Mr. and Mrs. Troy Osgood of Bristol are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Marie Osgood, to Dustin James Carter, son of Edward Carter of Nobleboro and Sandra Carter of Newport. Ashley Osgood is a 2007 graduate of Lincoln Academy. Carter is a 2005 graduate of Lincoln Academy. A Sept. 2009 wedding is planned.
