Reba Richardson and Bill Plnecker of Warren are proud to announce the birth of their baby girl, Cecilia Jane Richardson Plnecker, born on Feb. 9 at 1:26 p.m. at Miles Memorial Hospital in Damariscotta.
Little girl Cecilia Jane weighed in at 8 lbs., 13.6 oz. at birth.
