Former Wiscasset Selectman Judith Colby will return to the board after winning a three-way race for a vacant seat Tuesday, Nov. 3.
Colby received 289 votes to 142 for former Wiscasset Ambulance Service Director Roland Abbott and 109 for David Flynn.
