According to an official statement, the Lincoln County Commissioners voted Wednesday morning, Sept. 15, to “immediately return Tim Pellerin to his active duties” as the Director of Lincoln County Communications and the Lincoln County Emergency Management Agency.
According to the statement, “The Board stressed that administrative leave is not a disciplinary action, but is a standard process that allows the board an opportunity to evaluate personnel matters that are brought to their attention.”
The commissioners placed Pellerin on paid administrative leave Aug. 29. County officials have consistently declined to provide details about their reason or reasons for the decision.
