Damariscotta Police Department responded to 237 calls including motor vehicle stops, arrests, compliance checks, business alarms, calls for service, etc. during this two week period of time and reports the following activities:
Dec. 21, A juvenile was summonsed to court for terrorizing.
Dec. 21, Ethan A. Knight, 17 of Bristol was summonsed for excessive noise.
Dec. 23, Devon E. Jones, 22 of Newcastle was summonsed for failure to provide evidence of insurance.
Dec. 24, Robin Lailer, 48 of Bremen was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Dec. 26, Clayton A. Giggey, 55 of Damariscotta was summonsed for speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone.
Dec. 21, Officer Polizzotti took a late report of an accident from Elisabeth M. Cossette, 38 of Wiscasset who was operating a 2004 Volkswagen. She left Hannaford parking lot and later found damage to her vehicle.
Dec. 21, Officer Aaron Beck responded to the intersection of Main and Elm Street on a report of a motor vehicle accident involving Ira L. Scherr, 62 of Waldoboro who was operating a 1996 ROV. He was attempting to park on Main Street and struck one of the Happy Holidays signs.
