Deputy Chief Chad Andrews responded, along with CLC Ambulance, to Hodgdon Street on a report of a medical emergency; responded to Parking Lot Lane on a report of a vehicle being side swiped; responded to Pond Circle on a loud noise complaint; and conducted a pedestrian check on a subject at Biscay Beach.
Aug. 7, Officer Jason Warlick conducted a speed detail at Biscay Beach; took a report of a theft; responded to Belvedere Road on a report of a traffic hazard; responded to Downeaster Inn, along with the Damariscotta Fire Department, on a report of a fire alarm sounding; responded to Cove’s Edge on a report of a burglar alarm; and responded to Lake Pemaquid Campground, along with CLC Ambulance, for a medical emergency.

Aug. 8, Deputy Chief Chad Andrews responded to Lake Pemaquid Campground on a report of a domestic disturbance; conducted a pedestrian check on Biscay Road; assisted Miles Memorial Hospital with getting blue papers signed; took a complaint of a theft.
Officer Jason Warlick took a subject to Miles Memorial Hospital for a voluntary evaluation; responded to Elm Street for a loud noise complaint.
Aug. 9, Officer Devin Polizzotti took a report of lost property; took a civil complaint; assisted the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office with closing off Bristol Road due to an accident at the intersection of Rt. 129 and Rt. 130.

Aug. 10, Officer Devin Polizzotti responded to the intersection of Cross Street and Bristol Road on a report of a disabled motor vehicle; took a complaint about fireworks on Water Street; took a report of a theft; took a report of found property; responded to Hodgdon Street to conduct a 911 check; responded to the Dollar Tree Store on a report of suspicious activity; and responded to a report of an erratic operation.
Aug. 11, Officer Devin Polizzotti responded to Lake Pemaquid Campground on a report of an assault; took a report of a theft; responded to Yellowfront Grocery for an unwanted subject; responded to Church Street for a possible domestic disturbance; responded to Shamrock Lane on a loud noise complaint; responded to Parking Lot Lane on a report of suspicious activity; and, responded to Rt. 1 on a report of a disabled motor vehicle.
Officer Michael Elwell responded to Meadow Court on a report of an unwanted subject; and took a report of a lost wallet; took possession of found property.

Officer Jason Warlick responded to Damariscotta Fire Department on a report of a burglar alarm; responded to Hannaford on a report of two distressed dogs in a motor vehicle; assisted Two Bridges Regional Jail with notifying a victim of a person’s release from jail; responded to Ledgewood Court on a report of a juvenile problem.
Aug. 13, Officer Jason Warlick took a report of a criminal mischief; responded to a report of suspicious activity; took possession of found property; responded to a report of an erratic operation.
Aug 7, Jennifer J. Rosa, 35, of Bremen, was summoned for operating after suspension.
Aug. 8, a juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana and illegal transportation of liquor by a minor.
A juvenile was charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
Aug. 11, Jonathan W. Doray, 35, of Wiscasset, was summoned for operating after suspension and possession of a suspended license.
Timothy C. Jordan, 51, of Damariscotta, was arrested for criminal threatening and disorderly conduct.
Officer Jason Warlick responded to Yellowfront Grocery on a report of a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident involving Helen K. Darling, 87, of White Plains, N.Y., who was operating a 2007 Volvo and Michael C. Sykes, 53, of Waldoboro, who was operating a 2008 Dodge. Sykes was traveling south on Main Street. Darling pulled out in front of Sykes and struck the front driver’s wheel of his vehicle.
Aug. 8, Officer Jason Warlick responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident involving Christina D. McClure, 25, of Topsham, who was driving a 2008 Saturn and Danial J. Parlin, 42, of Nobleboro, who was operating a 1999 Ford. McClure and Parlin were both traveling north on Main Street. McClure did not see Parlin stop in traffic and struck the rear of his vehicle.
Aug. 9, Officer Devin Polizzotti responded to First National Bank for a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident involving Maxwell Lewis, 52, of Trevett, who was operating a 2006 Ford and Emily Cohen, 39, of Norwich, Vt., who was operating a 2005 Toyota.
Damariscotta Police Department responded to 176 calls including motor vehicle stops, arrests, calls for service, etc. during this one week period of time.
Administrative Assistant, Jodi Prior, is now in the office from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday. After Labor Day she will be in the office 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mondays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday to Friday.
The police department lobby is open 24 hours, seven days a week. If an officer does not answer when ringing the bell, pick up the red phone outside to call the communication center to get in touch with an officer.
