The time is now to become a member or renew one’s membership with the Damariscotta Region Chamber of Commerce. Membership includes a free listing of one’s business in the 2010 Region guidebooks, or one may choose to place a color ad for an additional cost.
The guide, which is distributed throughout the state at businesses and information centers, is an excellent way to promote business and bring attention to this region. Annually, the chamber receives hundreds of requests across the globe from perspective visitors for this publication.
As a free service, the chamber offers to place Calendar of Event items in their guide for all their chamber members. If one is a chamber member and have calendar of event items in 2010, please submit them to the 2010 guide email at mydrccad@gmail.com.
Also, any chamber member photographers that would like to submit their photos for possible submission in the guide please bring 300 dpi photos on a disc to the chamber office. The chamber is looking for area events, scenic, and historic photos. The cover page will be a tribute to Lincoln County’s 250th anniversary.
Deadline for photos and calendar of event items are Mon., Jan. 25.
