Damariscotta Town Manager Greg Zinser will step down Thurs., Sept. 8 in order to accept a position as York County manager.
Zinser announced his resignation at an Aug. 3 meeting of the Damariscotta Board of Selectmen. He was appointed to the York County position Aug. 3, he said.
The selectmen unanimously accepted Zinser’s resignation.
