She remains at the hospital in “serious” condition as of Wednesday morning, July 29, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Butterworth faces charges of class D operating under the influence and class E driving to endanger, according to Young. Class D and E crimes are misdemeanors

Oliveira declined medical attention at the scene, although he later reported injuries, according to Sylvester. Bolster and Ward did not suffer injuries, according to Young. Bolster, Butterworth, and Ward were wearing seat belts; Oliveira was not.
The Corolla was totaled, Sylvester said. The pickup truck sustained minor damage.
