A Lincoln County jury deliberated on several cases Feb. 16-18, and delivered 31 criminal indictments for this quarter.
Among them, Brian S. Merryman, 21, of Newcastle was indicted with violation of sex offender registration Class C Jan. 22 in Newcastle. Merryman had been convicted of failure to comply with sex offender registration Nov. 20, 2008 in Wiscasset District Court.
Joey L. Peaslee, 27, of Augusta was indicted for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs Class C and violation of condition of release Class E Oct. 24, 2008 in Jefferson.
Kristie Lane, 22, Waldoboro was indicted with receiving stolen property Class C, namely an outboard motor belonging to Richard Bartley valued at more than $1000. The date of the alleged incident allegedly occurred Oct. 10, 2008 in Waldoboro.
Gregory M. Bowden, 34, of Rockland was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking Class C, Oct. 10, 2000 in Waldoboro. The alleged theft consisted of an outboard motor belonging to Richard Bartley valued at more than $1000.
Jeremiah L. Snape, 20, Brunswick was indicted for assault Class C, Aug. 20, 2008 in Wiscasset.
Justin P. Waltz, 30, of New Harbor was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking Class C, Nov. 18, 2008 in Bristol consisting of currency amounting to more than $1000, property of James Connell.
Aaron M. Sayler, 29, of Lisbon was indicted on several sexually related charges, including unlawful sexual contact Class B, attempted gross sexual assault Class B, domestic violence assault Class D, criminal restraint Class D, and unlawful sexual touching Class D. The indictment stems for events that allegedly occurred Aug. 12, 2008 in Bristol.
Sean M. Williams, 31, of Damariscotta was indicted with operating after revocation Class C, eluding an officer Class C, violation of condition of release Class E, driving to endanger Class E, and criminal speed Class E, Nov. 8, 2008 in Newcastle.
On a second indictment, Williams was indicted with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person Class C, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs Class D, and violation of condition of release Class E, Nov. 8, 2008 in Damariscotta.
Kurt F. Donovan, 40, of Boothbay was indicted on domestic violence assault Class C, Sept. 21, 2008 in Boothbay.
Michael J. Connors, 28, of Boothbay Harbor was indicted on criminal operating under the influence Class C, and operating without a license Class E, Jan. 1 in Wiscasset.
Derek P. Averill, 23, of Boothbay Harbor was indicted on aggravated trafficking in schedule drugs (namely marijuana, a Schedule Z drug), and leaving the scene Class E.
Richard R. Johnson, Jr., 46, of Boothbay Harbor was indicted on theft by unauthorized taking (eight boxes of construction materials property of EPA Roofing Systems worth more than $1000) Class C, and violation of condition of release Class E, Oct. 18, 2008 in Boothbay Harbor.
John W. Oliver, Jr., 45, of Waldoboro was indicted on possession of firearm by a prohibited person Class C, July 18, 2008 in Waldoboro.
Ann L. Collins, 49, of Waldoboro was indicted for operating after revocation Class C, Dec. 11, 2008 in Waldoboro.
Jeffrey H. Dorr, Jr., 28, of Friendship was indicted on theft of services (mechanic services valued at more than $1000) Class C, Oct. 8, 2008 in Waldoboro.
Tanya J. Miller, 33, of Waldoboro was indicted with stealing drugs (methadone, a schedule W drug) Class C, Oct. 7, 2008 in Waldoboro.
Joshua LeBlanc, 24, of South China was indicted with aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation Class C, and criminal operating under the influence.
Rachel Corson, 38, of Wiscasset was indicted with assault on an officer Class C, refusing to submit to arrest Class D, three counts of assault Class D, and operating after suspension Class E, Dec. 24, 2008 in Wiscasset.
Neil L. Marshall, 22, of Bristol was indicted on theft by unauthorized taking (personal property valued a more than $1000) Class C and conspiracy to commit, Jan. 1 in Bristol.
Thomas M. Vooght, 19, of East Boothbay was indicted on receiving stolen property (personal property valued at more than $1000) Class C Dec. 31, 2008 in Boothbay Harbor.
Heather Brewer, 19, of Boothbay Harbor was indicted with theft by unauthorized taking Class C, and conspiracy to commit Class D, Dec. 31, 2008 in Boothbay Harbor.
Linda J. Hyler, 49, of Cushing was indicted with failure to give correct name Class E, and violation of condition of release Class E, Oct. 22, 2008 in Whitefield.
Brian J. Bennet, 28, of Jefferson was indicted with burglary Class C, and theft by unauthorized taking Class C, (tools and construction materials worth more than $1000 from N.C. Lumber Co.
Timothy D. Derosier, 49, of Damariscotta was indicted with violation of condition of release Class E, and assault Class C, July 15, 2008 in Damariscotta.
Shannon W. Gilbert, 68, of Boothbay was indicted with aggravated criminal mischief (damage or destruction of motor vehicle valued at more than $2000) Class C, and harassment Class E, Sept. 15, 2008 in Boothbay Harbor.
James E. Taylor, 44, of Newcastle was indicted with criminal threatening (using a dangerous weapon, handgun) Class C, Dec. 30, 2008 in Newcastle.
Armand Joseph Fleury, Jr., 38, of Wiscasset was indicted with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (oxycodone, Schedule W drug) Class C, and violation of condition of release Class E, Oct. 22, 2008 in Wiscasset.
Paul L. Davis, 39, of Boothbay was indicted for violation of condition of release Class C, Jan. 17 in Boothbay Harbor.
Sarah J. Runnion-Bareford, 32, of Lewiston was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking (three paintings worth more than $1000, property of Boothbay Congregational Church) Class C.
Richard Perry, 19, of Boothbay Harbor was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking (firearm, property of Lee Dickenson) Class B, Nov. 27, 2008 in Boothbay.
