Upon review of Plaintiff, Maine State Housing Authority’s (“Plaintiff”) Ex Parte Motion to Service by Publication and Enlargement of Time to Complete Civil Process, and Incorporated Memorandum of Law dated March 27, 2014, and the Complaint for Foreclosure by Civil Action, the Court finds that Plaintiff has commenced a civil action to foreclose a mortgage on real estate described above; that the foreclosure action will affect the interest of Defendant, Wendi M.P. (b) That this Order, containing the Summons set forth below, shall be published once a week for three (3) successive weeks in the Lincoln County News, a newspaper of general circulation in Lincoln County, the county in which Defendant was last known to reside, and which is most reasonably calculated to provide actual notice of the pendency of this action;

(f) At the direction of the Court, this Order shall be incorporated into the docket by reference. Rule 79(a).
Plaintiff, Maine State Housing Authority, has commenced a lawsuit in the Franklin County Superior Court to foreclose the above-described mortgage granted by you to Franklin Savings Bank dated August 2, 2004, and assigned to Maine State Housing Authority. You or your attorney must serve your Answer by delivering a copy of it in person or by mail to the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose name and address appear above. You or your attorney must also file the original of your Answer by mailing it to the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court, Franklin County Superior Court, 129 Main Street, Suite 2, Farmington, ME 04938-1358, before, or within a reasonable time after, it is served.
IMPORTANT WARNING: IF YOU FAIL TO SERVE AN ANSWER WITHIN THE TIME STATED ABOVE, OR IF, AFTER YOU ANSWER, YOU FAIL TO APPEAR AT ANY TIME WHEN THE COURT NOTIFIES YOU TO DO SO, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT MAY BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU IN YOUR ABSENCE FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT, WHICH INCLUDES FORECLOSURE OF YOUR INTEREST IN SAID REAL ESTATE IN CHESTERVILLE, MAINE. IF THIS OCCURS, YOU WILL LOSE ALL OF YOUR INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE AND ANY EXCESS PROCEEDS OF THE FORECLOSURE SALE. YOU MAY ALSO BE FOUND LIABLE FOR ANY DEFICIENCY REMAINING DUE AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU INTEND TO OPPOSE THIS LAWSUIT, DO NOT FAIL TO ANSWER WITHIN THE REQUIRED TIME.
