REQUEST FOR BIDS – Bush-Hogging
The Town of Bremen requests bids for bush-hogging to in¬clude 10 acres on Route 32, 2 acres behind salt shed, and 1/2 acre by the Town Center. Sealed bids to be opened on August 20th at 5:00 pm at the Selectmen’s Meeting, Town Center.
Evidence of insurance is required. The Town reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate any or all bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the Town to do so.

Roadside Brush Clearing Contract
Information for Bidders
The Town of Whitefield Maine is seeking proposals for clearing brush on about 9 miles of local roads. Persons interested in this work should read the Roadside Brush Clearing Contract available by emailing whitefield@roadrunner.com, or the mailing address below. The contract is not valid unless or until it is accepted by the Town.
The Town must receive proposals no later than August 7, 2015.
The Town of Whitefield reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and may negotiate with an apparent qualified low bidder to modify the scope of the work as indicated in the contract document.
Proposals must be submitted in a plain envelope marked, “Roadside Brush Clearing Proposal” and include the complete, executed contract document. The proposal must be submitted to:

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered October 17, 2014 in the action entitled PHH Mortgage Corporation v. Michael Skinner a/k/a Michael P. Skinner and Jean Skinner a/k/a Jean L. Skinner, et al., by the Maine District Court, Wiscasset, Docket No. WISDC-RE-14-21, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Michael Skinner and Jean Skinner to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for KeyBank National Association, its successors and assigns, dated November 11, 2010 and recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 4342, Page 304, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on Thursday, September 3, 2015, commencing at 11:45 AM, at the Law Office of Shapiro & Morley, LLC, 707 Sable Oaks Dr., Suite 250, South Portland, Maine 04106.
