Aquaculture Lease Renewal
The Commissioner is considering an application to renew for three years to May 31, 2018 a 0.06 – acre lease, DAM BP, located south of Blackstone Point, Damariscotta River, Damariscotta, ME, held by the Damariscotta River Association for the purposes of cultivating America/Eastern oysters, soft clams, and hard clams/northern quahogs using bottom and suspended culture techniques.
The lessee would be bound by the terms and conditions of the existing lease. A public hearing is not required unless requested by 25 or more interested persons. Written comments or requests for a hearing, including a statement of the reasons for the request, must be submitted on or before July 20, 2015 to the address below.

CDS Midcoast may have early intervention and/or special education records in its possession for those children and will destroy such records after September 1, 2015. NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered May 28, 2015 in the action entitled U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust v. Timothy Edward Pellerin a/k/a Timothy E. Pellerin, by the Maine District Court, Wiscasset, Docket No. WISDC-RE-14-26, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Timothy Edward Pellerin to Beneficial Maine Inc. dated December 14, 2007 and recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 3946, Page 144, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on Thursday, August 6, 2015, commencing at 10:15AM, at the Law Office of Shapiro & Morley, LLC, 707 Sable Oaks Dr., Suite 250, South Portland, Maine 04106.
The property is located at 487 Hunts Meadow Road, Whitefield, Maine.
The sale will be by public auction.
