Parents Richard and Emily Hills of Waldoboro are proud to announce the birth of Lilly Marie Hills on Oct. 15 7:04 a.m. at Pen Bay Medical Center. Lilly weighed in at 7 lbs., 8oz. She is welcomed to the family by big sister, Skylar.
Lilly is also welcomed to the family by grandparents Steven and Carol Heyer, and Kevin and Kathy Hills, with both families from Waldoboro.
