Sheriff Todd Brackett reports the following activity:

Jan. 26, Allan R. Bronn, 38, of Pittston was issued a summons for sale and use of drug paraphernalia, on Hilton Road, Whitefield, by Deputy Todd Chilton.

Recent ArrestsJan. 26, William C. Churchill, Jr., 46, of Edgecomb was arrested for violating condition of release, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Det. Sgt. Kenneth Hatch.

Jan. 26, Justin C. Jones, 21, of Wiscasset was arrested on a probation violation, on Birch Point Road, Wiscasset, by Det. Ronald Rollins.

Jan. 26, Andrew A. Miller, 48, of Southport Island was arrested for domestic violence assault, on Dogfish Head Road, Southport Island, by Deputy Todd Chilton.

Jan. 27, Wesley Glidden, 27, of Jefferson was arrested on a warrant out of Lincoln County for a theft charge, in Windsor, by Det. Terry Michaud and Det. Ronald Rollins.

Jan. 30, Jeremy L. Rodrigue, 25, of Woolwich was arrested for operating under the influence, on River Road, Dresden, by Deputy Todd Chilton.Recent AccidentsJan. 25, an accident occurred on Rt. 1 in Newcastle involving Hope Durkee, 74, of Damariscotta. Durkee was traveling southbound when she lost control of her 2004 Jeep Liberty. As a result, her vehicle entered the southbound breakdown lane before striking a guardrail. After she struck the guardrail, her vehicle spun 360 degrees while striking the guardrail again at least two times before coming to rest. Lt. Rand Maker was the investigating officer.

Jan. 28, an accident occurred on Bremen Road in Nobleboro involving Nancy Wilson, 83, of Bremen. Wilson was traveling southbound when she travelled into the slushy shoulder of the roadway. This caused her to lose control of her 1999 Subaru Impreza, striking one tree and then spinning around and coming to rest against another tree. Deputy Matthew Day was the investigating officer.
