The Newcastle Board of Selectmen appointed Kenneth Vinal to be the Newcastle code enforcement officer and licensed plumbing inspector during a meeting Monday, Jan. 12.
The board voted unanimously to appoint Vinal for a year-long term.
A second unanimous vote appointed Newcastle Assessors’ Agent Jim Murphy as the alternate code enforcement officer and licensed plumbing inspector.
