A total of 615 Lincoln County households are without power at the time of this posting as high winds blasting through the area are knocking down tree limbs and power lines.
The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Wind Advisory warning of sustained winds at 25 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. The Wind Advisory is in effect until 5 p.m. on Thursday.
Bristol leads in the number of outages, with 370 households affected, according to Central Maine Power (CMP). Following are Jefferson with 173, Bremen with 46 and Nobleboro with 26, according to CMP.
Lincoln County is suffering through more outages than any other county in the state, according to CMP. Somerset County follows closely with 552 households without power.
