The Whitefield Town Building Committee will hold a public informational meeting on Sat., March 6 on a proposed central fire station.
The design is for a 4800-sq.ft. building with a 48 by 60-ft. three-bay garage to fit two larger and two smaller vehicles. There is also space for a smaller office and training wing.
The plan is a reduction of the original 6672-sq.ft. proposal.
Architectural drawings will be displayed and there will be a PowerPoint presentation.
The meeting begins at 9 a.m. at Whitefield School.
