Norman and Cathy Sherman of Wiscasset are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie S. Sherman to Nathaniel A. Sprague, son of Frank and Linda Sprague, also of Wiscasset.
The couple has been together for six years and did two years of traveling. They have lived in Durango, Col., and Honolulu, Hawaii.
The proposal took place at a beautiful waterfall in Ouray, Col.
They returned home to Alna last year to plan their Sept. 5 wedding.
