Boothbay Harbor Police are searching for a local man they allege is connected to numerous burglaries in the area between 2011 and 2013.
Ronald Fuller, 62, of Crest Avenue, is wanted in connection with three burglaries and suspected in others.
Boothbay Harbor Police Department in conjunction with U.S. Federal Probation Officers executed a search warrant at Fuller’s residence on March 26 and seized items related to several burglaries, according to a press release.
The following day, officers from BBHPD conducted a voluntary search at a nearby residence, recovering items related to dozens of burglaries that plan at least two counties, according to the release.
Chief Bob Hasch said high value items such as jewelry, antiques, coins, and others have been recovered and are related to almost every burglary his department has investigated in the past couple of years.
So far the items have been connected to at least a dozen burglaries, including three commercial burglaries and the burglary of the Gold/Smith Gallery in September, Hasch said.
Fuller is wanted on a federal warrant as well as several local warrants, and has a long history of criminal activity, Hasch said. The warrants are extraditable nationwide, according to the department.
Fuller is described as 5’5″ tall, 155 lbs, wears glasses and sports a mustache. He has a cast on his right wrist. He is known to operate a 1999 gold Ford Explorer, which is currently at his residence, according to the department.

Investigators from Lincoln County and Sagadahoc County are coordinating their efforts with Boothbay Harbor, and departments with open burglary cases are welcome to contact BBHPD.
