Arrests/ SummonsMarch 16, Officer Thomas Bartunek summonsed a 17-year-old juvenile with theft and operating without a license.

March 17, Officer Justin Cook summonsed Joshua Meklin, 20, of Cushing for a seatbelt violation and speed.

March 17, Officer Justin Cook summonsed Bruce Meklin, 41, of Cushing for out of door burning violation.

March 17, Officer Thomas Bartunek summonsed Duane Winchenbach, 43, of Waldoboro for assault and violation of conditional release.

March 20, Officer Justin Cook summonsed David MacDougall, 33, of Waldoboro for reckless conduct.

March 21, Officer Jeffery Fuller summonsed Ryan Schultz, 21, of Waldoboro, for operating after suspension.

AccidentsMarch 18, Officer Justin Cook investigated an accident on the Atlantic Highway at 6:40 a.m. Holly Taggart, 30, of Camden, was driving north on the Atlantic Highway, when she overtook a commercial vehicle. In the northbound passing lane, Taggert lost control due to road conditions and unsafe speed, crossed the southbound lane, left the roadway, rolled over and came to rest on roof. Taggert complained of pain in head area. The 2004 Jeep SUV she was operating sustained $10,000 damage.

March 18, Officer Justin Cook investigated an accident on the Finntown Rd. at 7:30 a.m. Alyson Peddie, 18, of Windsor, was traveling north on the Finntown Rd. when she failed to negotiate a curve due to unsafe speed and road conditions. Peddie struck the southbound lane snow bank sustaining $1200 damage to her 1995 Subaru, station wagon.

March 20, Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated a non-injury accident on the Manktown Road at 1:55 p.m. Alyssa Carey, 17, of Warren, who was driving a 1994 Chevrolet pickup truck ran into the back of a 1999 Pontiac, four door sedan, driven by Caleb Umphry-Guistra. Umphry-Guistra was stopped in traffic when hit.

The 1994 sustained an estimated $1000 in damage, while the 1999 Pontiac sustained an estimated $1500 in damage.

March 17, Officer Thomas Bartunek is investigating a report that someone had damaged a vehicle at the town garage.

March 17, Officer Justin Cook is investigating a report of credit card fraud.

March 18, Officer Sean Kozer is investigating a complaint of harassment.
