The Waldoboro Police report the following activities from the previous week:
Sept. 28, Officer Thomas Bartunek arrested Phillip Griffin, 36, of Waldoboro for a violation of protective order.
Sept. 29, Officer Lance Mitchell arrested Maxwell Dupaw, 18, of Waldoboro, on a warrant out of Lincoln County.
Sept. 30, Officer Michel Dutil summonsed a 13-year-old female juvenile for criminal mischief.
Oct. 1, Officer Michel Dutil investigated an accident on Main St. at 9:56 a.m. Katherine Tomascik, 32, of Waldoboro, who was driving a 1996 Chevrolet, SUV north on the Bremen Rd., was stopped at stop sign at the intersection with Main St. Marion Carter, 70, of Nobleboro, was operating a 2002 Ford, SUV east on Main St. As Carter approached the intersection, Tomascik proceeded through the intersection, colliding with Carter’s vehicle, causing $2000 damage to her own vehicle and $3500 to the Carter vehicle. Neither operator was injured.
As a result of the accident Tomascik, was summonsed for operating without a license.
Oct. 2, Officer Michel Dutil investigated an accident on the Cole’s Hill Rd. at 4 p.m. While backing a 1996 Mitsubishi, two axle single unit with dual tires, into a driveway of Eagles Nest Yarn Shop from Old Rt. 1, James Metcalfe, 36, of Union struck a parked 2002 Toyota pickup truck operated by Lisa Lincoln, 47, of Nobleboro, causing $1350 damage. Metcalfe’s vehicle was not damaged. There were no injuries.
