Benjamin Day, 36, Woolwich, reckless conduct, violation of condition of release, two counts; June 25.
Philip Russomano, 62, Waldoboro, domestic violence assault, June 25.
Robert Harvey, 22, Waldoboro, harvesting clams without a town license, June 23.
June 25: Officer Larry Hesseltine is investigating a report that the Little League concession stand was broken into.
June 25: Sgt. Jamie Wilson investigated a report of harassment. The party responsible was served with a harassment order.
June 27: Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated an accident on Atlantic Highway at 10:34 a.m. Geraldine Giles, 63, of Cushing, was driving a 2005 Chrysler van. Lynda Pinkham, 48, of Waldoboro, was driving a 2005 Chevrolet utility vehicle. Giles failed to stop and struck the Pinkham vehicle, causing it to leave the roadway and come to rest in the yard of Wink’s Auto.
June 28: Officer Chris Spear is investigating a report of the theft of windshield wipers from a vehicle parked on Main Street.
