A Washington man faces a charge of operating after the influence after a rollover accident on Bunker Hill Road in Jefferson Monday night, Aug. 10.
David J. Sturdee, 26, received a summons for the class D misdemeanor, according to Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Maj. Ken Mason. Sturdee was driving a 2004 Dodge Caravan. He was not hurt in the 7:15 p.m. accident.
The Central Lincoln County Ambulance Service, the Jefferson Fire Department, and the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene. More details were not immediately available.
