The Wiscasset Police Department reports the following:
Lt. Allen responded to suspicious activity on Heritage Lane and issued verbal warning on Rt. 1.
Officer Williams received complaint of erratic driving on Rt. 1, took report of criminal mischief on Heritage Lane, investigated 9-1-1 hang-up on Gardiner Road, and responded to a non-reportable accident on the Mountain Road.
June 24, Lt. Allen responded to a business alarm on Rt. 1 and received police information on Rt. 218.
Officer Simmons took report of harassment on Ward Brook Road, assisted Wiscasset District Court on High Street, responded to a 9-1-1 hang-up on Gardiner Road; a misdial, and took report of theft from a motor vehicle on Gardiner Road.
Officer Williams received police information at business on Rt. 1 and received complaint of loud noise on Federal St.
June 25, Officer Simmons assisted Wiscasset District Court with service of paperwork at the police department; provided business assist on Rt. 1; received report of possible theft on Rt. 1; assisted citizen with attempt to locate on Gardiner Road; investigated report of child left in unattended vehicle on Main Street; took report of negotiating a worthless instrument at business on Rt. 1; and, responded to three erratic operations complaints on Rt. 1 and on Gardiner Rd.
Officer Williams responded to an alarm on High Street; and responded to a medial emergency on Bayview Heights.
June 26, Officer Simmons assisted Lincoln County Sheriff’s Dept. with compliance check at the police department and investigated a non-reportable accident on Main Street.
Officer Williams received a complaint of erratic operation on Rt. 1; assisted citizen with attempt to locate; provided a property check on Water Street; and, received police information on Rummerill Road.
Officer Don Smith issued five warnings for traffic offenses on Rt. 1.
June 27, Officer Don Smith received erratic operations complaint on Rt. 1 and provided pedestrian check on Gardiner Rd.
Officer Walsh investigated a complaint of harassment that occurred at business on Rt. 1, assisted Maine State Police with vehicle stop on Gardiner Road; issued a verbal warning for a cross walk violation on Gardiner Road; and assisted probation and parole with compliance check at the police department.
Officer Mike Smith assisted Boothbay Harbor Police Dept. with traffic stop on Main Street and issued a warning to motorist for failure to display registration plate on Bradford Rd.
Officers Smith and Simmons made attempt to locate on Lowelltown Road.
Officer Simmons assisted West Bath District Court with service of paperwork on Lowelltown Road.
June 28, Officer Simmons assisted Damariscotta Police Dept. with intoxilyzer testing at Two Bridges Regional Jail on Rt. 1; responded to an alarm on Lee Street; provided property check for business on Rt. 1; assisted disabled motorist on Foye Road; provided citizen assist on Rummerill Road; and, responded to a medical emergency on Hale Pond Road.
