Wiscasset Police Chief Troy Cline reports the following:
On Aug. 22, Linda Mills, 56, of Wiscasset, was issued a summons for speeding on Gardiner Road.
On Aug. 25, Peter Bernstock, 70, of Hawley, Penn., was issued a summons for speeding on Federal Street.
Melissa Green, 41, of Wiscasset, was issued a summons for speeding on Hooper Street.
On Aug. 27, Justin George, 25, of Albion, was arrested for elevated aggravated assault and terrorizing.
Regina Pistilli, 53, of Cumberland Foreside, was issued a summons for an expired inspection (January 2013).
On Aug. 28, James Skiff, 50, of Newcastle, was issued a summons for speeding on Alna Road (64/45).
On Aug. 28, Evelyn Tibbetts, 19, of Boothbay Harbor, was issued a summons for speeding on Alna Road (67 mph in a 45 mph zone).
John Nelson, 26, of Jefferson, was issued a summons for no inspection and no insurance.
On Aug. 29, Misty Brown, 31, of Edgcomb, was issued a summons for speeding on Alna Road (63 mph in a 45 mph zone).
On Aug. 31, Kevin Decker, 27, of Edgecomb, was issued a summons for unnecessary acceleration noise.
On Sept. 1, Cheryl McFarland, 46, of Winston-Salem, N.C., was arrested on a warrant out of Boothbay Harbor for failure to appear in court for a charge of Unauthorized Taking or Transfer.
On Sept. 2, Eugene Bellanceau, 85, of Windham, was issued a summons for failure to show proof of insurance.
On Aug. 25, an accident occurred on Lee Street involving Robert Collier, 67, of Auburn. Collier was attempting a right hand turn from Lee Street to Route 1 and struck a utility pole, scratching his vehicle.
On Sept. 1, an accident occurred on Route 27 involving Brittany Colby, 20, of Woolwich, and Betty Blackman, 60, of Edgecomb. Colby was attempting to cross Route 27 from Hooper Street and was struck by Blackman who was traveling north on Gardiner Road.
