Lincoln County Residents – get your cat spayed or neutered and a rabies vaccine for only $15!! FREE transportation from the Lincoln County Animal Shelter to Community Spay-Neuter Clinic in Topsham is included.
Appointments are required – spaces are limited and prepayment of fees is required.
Cats must be at least 8 weeks old and no older than 5 years. Owners must be either on state/government assistance or unable to afford the cost of surgery at a regular vet.
