This interactive class is held in our brand-new Learning Center and is taught by Eric Rector, owner and cheesemaker at Monroe Cheese Studio. Your ticket also includes a drink of your choosing in the Tasting Room immediately following the class.
Advance registration is required for all classes to ensure that we can provide each participant with the appropriate supplies and tastings.
If we have not reached our enrollment minimum by 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time, the class will be canceled and any tickets already purchased will be fully refunded. You will be notified of cancelations by phone and email. You may cancel your registration for a full refund by notifying us at sara@mainetastingcenter.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time for the class.
