Hannah Duncan Tays “Cooking Made Easy for Caregiver’s” workshop at 11:00 a.m. on November 10. As you know one of the most stressful areas of caregiving is meal time. Hannah is offering a cooking class geared at helping our “brothers (and sisters) in caregiving” with tips on good kitchen and meal management. Conquering the kitchen can reduce stress and help male (and female too) caregivers become more comfortable in the kitchen, no matter their cooking skills. What you make becomes your lunch.
