On Feb. 10, Lee Emmons, a local nature writer, will offer a free, one-hour Zoom class on backyard bird feeding. The class will begin at 6 p.m. and cover a variety of topics, including feeder selection and placement, common feeder foods, and ways to attract more birds. Creating a bird-friendly yard will also be discussed.
The class is designed for anyone who would like to know more about birds or bird feeding. To register, email emmons.lee@gmail.com.
