Learn to make seasonal vegetables into memorable Thanksgiving side dishes with farmer, cook, and baker Peter Kraus at his Thanksgiving-themed cooking class. Participants will have the opportunity to make three seasonal dishes and to sample several more. There will be plenty of discussion and hands-on learning opportunities. The class will conclude with a communal meal.
The class is offered for a $5-$10 suggested donation.
