Join food writer and former edible MAINE Editor-in-Chief Christine Burns Rudalevige for a happy hour event featuring the delicious flavors of the Maine coast – including oysters, lobster, finfish and seaweed. Enjoy a Maine-made beverage of your choice* while Christine shows you how to make four mouthwatering dishes with locally-harvested Maine ingredients and talks about the past, present and future of coastal Maine’s food industries. And, of course, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to sample Christine’s dishes throughout the class!
This class will be held in our brand new Learning Center building and all supplies and ingredients will be provided. You’ll leave the class with recipes and product lists so you can feel confident cooking with a variety of coastal Maine ingredients in your own kitchen after the class.
