At 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, there will be an informational meeting at Great Salt Bay Community School for parents of incoming kindergarteners who live in Damariscotta, Newcastle, or Bremen and will be 5 years old by Oct. 15.
The goal of this meeting is to help families feel comfortable with the process of starting kindergarten at GSB. There will be time for questions and answers, exploring the classrooms and school, and getting to know the teachers and administrators. Information for parents to take home to guide them through the registration process will be available.
This gathering is for parents only. Students will be able to visit at a later date.
