Mike Fava from Oxbow brewery will be on board to teach how to taste beer and what is best to pair with these sumptuous oysters. You will learn about all oyster farms on the River and their farming methods as we sail by them. The crew will even set up a mini oyster shucking class for the ones interested, and a Maine experience: ‘the way life should be’.
