Join animal lovers from around the state of Maine for Coastal Humane Society and Lincoln County Animal Shelter’s Save a Stray 5K on Saturday, Aug. 26 at L.L. Bean in Freeport.
Run or walk the 5K route or the shorter one-mile route through Freeport to support shelter animals. Together, shelters care for 3,500 homeless pets along Maine’s Midcoast, and assist many more with low-cost clinics and the Pet Food Pantry program. Help give medicine, food, veterinary care, and love to homeless animals in our community. Register at saveastray5k.org. All proceeds will go to support the work of Coastal Humane Society and Lincoln County Animal Shelter.
